Because TheSnippr specializes strictly in premium digital assets, our refund policy differs from traditional e-commerce stores that sell physical goods.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, once a high-resolution file has been purchased and the download link has been generated, it cannot be "returned." Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We ask that you carefully review your selected images, read the licensing terms, and ensure you are happy with your choice before completing the checkout process.

2. File Quality and Specifications
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our archive. Every image is delivered as a massive, uncompressed file formatted for high-end printing and digital use. We do not offer refunds based on a misunderstanding of the image style, color grading, or subject matter, as these are clearly displayed on the website before purchase.

3. Exceptions & Technical Issues
We want your experience to be completely frictionless. While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," we will absolutely step in to fix any technical errors. We will replace your file or issue a refund ONLY under the following circumstances:

Corrupted File: If the file you downloaded is broken, corrupted, or will not open, please contact us immediately. We will manually send you a pristine replacement file.
Non-Delivery: If your payment is processed but you do not receive the download screen or the email containing your download link within 1 hour.
Wrong File Sent: If there is a system error, and you receive an image different from the one you added to your cart.

4. How to Get Help
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please email us at websterkudzaishe@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue. We will resolve it for you within 24–48 hours.
