At TheSnippr, we provide high-resolution, premium digital assets. When you purchase a digital download from our archive, you are purchasing a license to use the image, not the copyright to the image itself. [Your Name] and TheSnippr retain all original copyrights.

1. Standard Personal License (Included with all regular purchases)
Every standard download purchased through the store comes with a Personal Use License. This grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes.

What you CAN do with a Personal License:

Print for Personal Display: Print the images at any size for display in your home, office, or personal space.
Digital Display: Use the image as a background on personal computers, phones, or tablets.
Personal Social Media: Post the image on your personal (non-business) social media accounts. (We always appreciate a tag: @thesnippr).
Personal Projects: Use the image in personal crafts, scrapbooking, or home DIY projects that are not intended for sale.

What you CANNOT do with a Standard License:

No Commercial Use: You may not use the image for business marketing, advertising, branding, or on a company website.
No Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, resell, distribute, share, or transfer the digital file to any third party.
No Merchandise for Sale: You may not print the image on physical products (t-shirts, mugs, canvases) that are intended to be sold.
No Alteration for Resale: You may not edit, manipulate, or use the image as a base for a new piece of art that you intend to sell or claim as your own.
No Claiming Authorship: You may not claim the photograph as your own work or submit it to photography competitions.

2. Commercial Licensing
If you are a brand, agency, or business looking to use images from TheSnippr for commercial projects, marketing campaigns, or product packaging, you require a separate Commercial License.
